M-Streets is another name for the Greenland Hills neighborhood of Dallas, Texas. Named after the two major streets, McCommas and Monticello, and countless minor streets starting with the letter M, M-Streets is located in eastern Dallas. One of the most popular restaurants in the area is HG Sply Co. This rustic spot serves a menu full of classic American fare alongside craft beers and cocktails with rooftop seating. Another unique destination is Truck Yard, a complex housing food trucks with a retro feel and live music throughout the week. The original Charlie’s Creole Chicken is also in the area, serving New Orleans-style dishes with a casual bar. La La Land Kind Cafe is a quaint coffee and tea shop with a dog-friendly patio.

Cochran Park, located just south of Vickery Place, is home to a tennis court, a playground, and a lot of open space for walking and picnics.
There are several restaurants in the area that offer live music events, such as Terilli’s, which hosts jazz performances. Granada Theater is a historic venue built in 1946 that hosts everything from live theater to popular concerts.
