  • Listing Coordinator tours the home and measures the rooms and takes detailed notes on the interior and exterior features of the home
  • A professional stager will stage the home as needed to enhance your home’s features
  • A professional photographer will take photos
  •   that will be used in marketing your home
  • Place nationally recognized, custom sign in the yard with Coming Soon notice
  • Place Key Box on Premises (As Approved)

PHASE II

  • New Listing Information uploaded on MLS System
  • Custom Color Graphics or Graphic Book created for in Home advertising. Black & White Graphics in flyer box outside in front of the property
  • Set up Showing Instructions on Centralized Showing Service
  • Place Home on major websites – Zillow, Realtor.com, Trulia, Homes.com, Redfin.com, bestmckinneyrealtor.com and JaneClarkRealty.com
  • Google searches for Best McKinney Realtor and Best Stonebridge Realtor place your home FIRST when searched through SEO Services (search engine optimization)
  • Social Media sharing via Facebook, Google+ and YouTube Channels: Jane Clark.
  • Network with top “Selling Agents” in the area
  • Email marketing to potential buyers and area agents in Collin County area
  • Custom Marketing Media with high-quality mailouts and/or newsletter.
